The home automation system fully manages the thermoregulation of the house, in an intelligent way and aimed at energy saving. A sensor that detects temperature and humidity is installed in every room in order to heat, air-condition, or dehumidify the home-space only for the actual need and based on the time schedule established for that single zone/room. It is also possible to constantly monitor the temperature trend inside the premises thanks to graphs, with data stored in the historical ready to be used to make comparisons.

Technical monitoring of all generator parameters (heat pump, boiler), storage reservoir and pumps is performed. For example, you can monitor the temperature of water in the reservoir, the flow and return temperature of the heating system, the set point for domestic hot water and any problem or generator failures, and you can also manage advanced logics such as the activation of an anti-legionella cycle to disinfect the heat pump based on current production of the photovoltaic system to avoid the energy required to do so from being taken from the power-supplier.

It is possible to have automatic management of a Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (VMC) that takes care of the exchange of air in the building.
